・The selling price is the amount shown on the label.

・Shipping fee will be charged separately. Please check the product details page for shipping fee.

・Orders including chocolates will be shipped with cool delivery service during the period when the temperature exceeds 20℃ (assumed to be from May to September).

・For orders including chocolates, all items will be shipped using cool delivery service during the period when the temperature exceeds 20℃.

・All orders that include cool delivery items will be shipped with cool delivery service.

Period and Method of Payment

Payment Method

We accept credit card payment (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

For the above payment methods, payment is confirmed at the time the order is placed.

Return Policy

We basically do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, in case of defects or damages, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. After that, we will not be able to accept the return or exchange of the product.

Period of delivery of services or products

・We ship within 7 days after receiving your order.

・We do not ship on Tuesdays and the 1st, 3rd, and 5th Wednesdays of the month when the store is closed.

・Please note that we do not accept request of orders shipped on specific dates, except for "weekdays/holidays".
