■Shipping Schedule

Orders placed by Wednesday of each week will be shipped on Friday.

■Shipping Fee

We are currently accepting international orders from the U.S., Canada, and South Korea.

For our global customers - shipping fee will be calculated depending on the weight of the items. You will be able to see how much it will be during the process of checkout, before making any payment.

(*Please note that due to the fluctuation of the shippIng cost provided by couriers, there may be a potential charge of an additional shipping cost. )

For our Japanese domestic customers - shipping defer depending on the region.

・Osaka, Kyoto, Hyogo, Nara, Shiga, Wakayama／850yen

・Hokkaido, Okinawa／1,500yen

・Other prefectures／1,000yen

※Free shipping over 5,000yen (except Hokkaido and Okinawa).

※For Hokkaido and Okinawa, free shipping over 6500yen.

We use Japan post express air mail with tracking code - you can expect to receive your package in 2-5 business days after processing.

For quality control reasons, we will send via refrigerated shipping between May and September (or when the temperature exceeds 20℃).
